"Really happy with the customer service"
I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me quickly. It took a couple messages back and forth to sort everything out, but they were friendly the whole time and got it fixed. I’m satisfied with how it all turned out and had a good experience overall.

I’ve noticed with hair products there’s usually a pattern, if the jars aren’t sealed well, something ends up sticky or leaking in the box. But my Soultanicals order came packed really nicely. Everything was sealed tight, the box was neat, and nothing spilled or made a mess. Definitely a good first impression.

"Kept Finding Everything Sold Out"
Every time I checked for the stuff I actually wanted, it was out of stock again. I also felt kind of left in the dark because there wasn’t much info on when anything would be back, so I just kept checking and getting disappointed.

"My curls really liked this"
I’ve tried a few Soultanicals products now, my hair seems to do well with most of them. This conditioner had really nice slip for me, and my dry curls stayed soft for a couple of days, which I always appreciate. One of the products felt a little too heavy on my hair, so I wouldn’t call it perfect, but overall I’m happy with how my curls turned out. I’d probably buy it again.

My curls came out with good definition and only a little frizz. Nothing overly complicated, just a solid result that looked nice and made sense for everyday use.

I actually liked this more than I expected. My curls felt nice and my scalp stayed calm, which is always a win for me. I did take off one star because I noticed a little buildup after a while. It’s better than some other stuff I’ve tried, but...

I’ve been using this and my curls stayed soft and moisturized for pretty much the whole week. Nothing too dramatic, but it definitely helped keep my hair feeling hydrated and easier to manage

"Feels pricey for what you actually get"
I really wanted to like Soultanicals more than I did, but the prices just feel a little hard to justify. A few of the products are nice, but the jars aren’t that big, and I found myself going through them quickly.
For what I paid, I expected either stronger results or at least more product. I also felt a bit passed around trying to figure out what was actually worth buying, and in the end it just didn’t feel like the best value. I’d maybe try it again if there’s a good sale, but probably not at full price

"Scent was just too much for me"
I really wanted to like these, but the fragrance was way stronger than I expected. I think I tried it sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the smell stayed in my hair pretty much the whole day. It was kind of sweet and heavy, which I know some people might love, but it ended up giving me a headache. Probably not something I’d buy again.

"I wanted to like this, but the texture..."
I wanted to like this, but the texture was just off. It felt like it had separated in the container — thick and clumpy in some spots, then watery in others. It made it annoying to apply and it definitely didn’t spread through my hair smoothly. For the price, I expected way better consistency. What made it more frustrating is how these brands always seem to have little policy loopholes where once you’ve opened it to actually try it, you’re basically stuck with it. Not the best experience.
